Sikh Faith Advisor
Mrs. Jasmit Kaur Phull, Sikh Faith Advisor
We arrived in UK from South America in December 1979. I was born in Mumbai, India. Family values are very important to me and I have been blessed with a loving family. Sikhism to me is a Philosophy that allows me to Accept and Respect All Faiths. I believe we all belong to One Family and Share Common Humanity.
I went to an Independent Catholic School, gained First Class Honours Degree in Biology and studied Pathology for one year in the Medical College.
I am a Magistrate, Co-Chair of Lincoln InterFaith Forum, Joint President of Soroptimist International of Lincoln & District, Council member at Bishop Grosseteste University and Court member at the University of Lincoln.
I have worked as a BioMedical Scientist at The County Hospital for twenty years and I am a qualified Complementary Therapist.
I get invited by BBC Radio Lincolnshire regularly. Also, formerly I have been the National Vice President of British Federation of Women Graduates, the Regional President of Soroptimist International of Midland East Region and the President of Lincoln & Lincolnshire Association of Women Graduates.
